I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence, and it truly exceeded my high expectations in every regard. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, addressing my minor issues, including a quick resolution with the air conditioning. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities; enjoying a perfect cup of tea each morning made my stay all the more delightful. The location is unbeatable, just a five-minute walk from Union Station and right near iconic attractions like the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Parking was convenient, alleviating any potential travel stress. The Residence seamlessly blends comfort and luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for any traveler.
